- concentration = vial amount ÷ BAC water For a liquid vial, the concentration is printed on the label.
- draw (mL) = your dose ÷ concentration mg and mcg convert exactly (1 mg = 1,000 mcg).
- syringe units = mL × 100 Insulin syringes use the U-100 scale: 100 units is 1 mL, whatever the syringe size. Units describe the draw, never the dose.
- IU-dosed compounds (HCG, HGH) stay in IU. An IU-to-mg conversion is only offered where a factor is known, and it is marked approximate.
Warnings appear when a draw does not fit the syringe or falls between its markings. They describe the same dose drawn differently; they never change the dose.
